Happy Monday! Here is today’s workout that follows the push/pull training split you know I love. A push workout is one that incorporates “pushing” movements. These exercises are lumped together because they target 3 main muscle groups: chest, shoulders and triceps. I always have killer workouts with this training split, so combined with the tabata approach outlined below, I know you’ll feel it.
