Tip of the Day: On Monday, there is nothing more motivating for a week of healthy eating than a meal prep! A meal prep is one of those tasks we may put on the very bottom of our to-do lists…you know that space reserved for items we would like to get to, but don’t really make a priority ((you can find vacuuming and laundry in that same category on my to-do list lol)) Here is the trick to meal prepping…ignite the “positive cycle” ((did anyone catch that reference from the Guilt Free Food Guide)). Below you can find five easy steps to make today’s meal prep effortless and effective for a week of healthy eating and results that come naturally from it!

Monday Meal Prep Made Easy:
(1) Look in your LG Meal Plan & pick our 5 meals as if you’re ordering from a menu
(2) As you select those items, look at the ingredient list and start a shopping list of necessary items – this will give you a little motivation & excitement to go to the grocery store
(3) Find a time to go to the market today and schedule it as if it was an appointment. Then, go!
(4) When you’re at the grocery store, focus on getting just the items on your grocery list; this will keep you on track and on budget – it will also add even more motivation to cook your delicious & nutritious meals

    It'd be awesome if you'd make a sample menu like the one today! I always end up picking different meals with different ingredients and spending way too much
