Shoulders, Triceps & Calves Circuit (Week 5) – 12/6

-Smith machine close grip bench press
-1 min cardio

-Assisted dips
-1 min cardio

-Barbell upright row
-Arnold style dumbbell shoulder press
-1 min cardio

-Overhead dumbbell triceps extensions
-Medicine ball push ups
-1 min high knees

-Standing barbell calf raises
-Toe walks
-1 min cardio

-15 min steady state cardio
