Fact: I’m a workaholic overcoming my addiction by living out this quote: “work smarter not harder.” I’ve always had a lot on my plate; in college, I had an intense coarse load, a job that involved traveling across the country, another job in a health care, a blog I updated daily, relationships, friendships, etc. I always believed the harder I worked, the more success I would have. I quickly realized you also have to make time to enjoy the wonderful life you’re creating. Your down time to appreciate is just as important as the work you love doing.

    Good for you! I recently switched jobs from intensely stressful but highly paid to not so stressful but lower salary, just so that I could enjoy life more. Now I have way more time to do things I've always wanted to do like spend quality time with my family, focus on my health go to the gym do yoga travel play with my children. I now know more money does not mean more happiness:) Your blog is very motivational thanks!
