Shoulders:
-standing dumbbell shoulder press
-dumbbell side lateral raises (pictured)
-high cable rear delt pulls
-superset with standing bent over rear delt flys
-dumbbell front raises
TIP OF THE DAY: Ladies can’t seem to resist wanting to achieve a “toned” arm (me included). Most women often think of only training their biceps & triceps in order to achieve this, and the deltoids (shoulder muscles) are often completely overlooked! A round, capped shoulder will be sure to give you arms that toned, shapely look right off the bat! Never fear weight when training your arms, even if you are going for a “toned” rather than “muscular” look. The only way to actually “tone” you arms is by reducing total body fat and then BUILDING the muscle underneath… only way to build muscle is by pumping iron so go for it girls!
