-Dumbbell Bulgarian split squats
     superset with squat jumps
-Dumbbell elevated sumo squats (pictured)
     superset with pop squats
-Dumbbell forward lunge with kickback
     superset with side to side squat jumps
-Dumbbell side step ups
     superset with jumps over bench
