Pilates Core Workout

My New Core Plan introduced pilates core workouts into our training. It’s a brand new style of workouts for us, and this is the sample workout.

The way this plan combines deep core (to target that corset muscle- the transverse abominis), weighted abs (to get that core definition to show) and now pilates core (which sculpts like no other) is unmatched.

I have seen so much progress over the last few weeks doing this combination of core/ab training. And it doesn’t take long!

REMEMBER- these moves are about deep core contraction and control. Do the workout, keeping your pelvic floor lifted and deep core engaged throughout.
