Tip of the Day: Yesterday, I shared some real talk ((here)) on my Instagram about how I was feeling a bit icky after looking in the mirror last night. We all have a size, shape, and mindset where we feel most like ourselves…do you know what I mean?! Personally, I’ve made a lot of excuses over the past month, and they’re catching up with me. At the end of summer, it’s a feeling I’ve heard some of you share as well. If you’re there or have been there, I wanted to share something that’s worked for me to beat past fitness funks….focus on the fun! We need to get crazy excited about our workouts. Our workouts need to be one of the highlights of our day. They need to feed our soul, fill us with energy and serve as a stress reliever. They can! They will! Today, I’m sharing my favorite HIIT cardio workout of all time. It’s my favorite, but I don’t want you to do it unless it looks awesome to you. Go check out the workouts heading at the top of this site to find one that makes you say, “oh I want to try that!” Then, go do it! In 1 + 1/2 weeks, we’ll kick off a new fitness challenge right here and I promise to bring the fun as well as results inside & out!!
