When I designed the plan I was a college student on a budget who didn’t want to waste time. At its core, the plan’s approach is effective at helping you see results. Because I want you to know why it works, I also share all the science behind it in the plan.
The approach is easy to follow whether you’re cooking at home (for yourself or for a family), eating at a school or work cafeteria, or out at a restaurant. The 100’s of recipes included are not only delicious (pizza, casseroles, sandwiches, sweets, etc.), but also use simple, everyday ingredients and are quick to prep.
Most importantly, it’s a balanced approach. No restricting. No negativity or guilt. It’s about enjoying food while eating to benefit the body. I’ve stuck with the plan for almost 5 years and most importantly, I have maintained my results because of it!
