An attitude of gratitude changes everything. If you find yourself in a funk, take out a pen and paper and make a list of things you’re grateful for.

Love lifts us up big time! Who can you connect with to exchange love? I’m sure you have a few names that come to mind right away. Pump yourself and your mood up with upbeat music. Pandora is always my go-to for a song shuffle that will surely lift the spirit! Take it up another notch and throw in some dancing!
