#LGFitAndLean2016 Challenge: Week 6 Fitness Schedule

WEEK 6… we save the best for last!

It’s the 6th and final week of the Fit and Lean 2016 Challenge… can you believe it?! Making it this far is such an accomplishment and I have no doubt 2016 really will be your happiest and healthiest year yet. If you’ve hit a few bumps in the road, that’s more than okay. This week is an opportunity to start fresh as is every moment.

Push yourself this week…. you are so worth it!


As always here at LG, our workouts are broken down by targeting just 1 or 2 muscle groups per day. This approach ensure we are targeting those muscles effectively and causing muscle break down ((surprisingly… a good thing & how we see results))

For that reason, you’ll rarely see a total body workout here and we always like to wait at least 48 hours before training a muscle group again! Each workout this week will be just 35 minutes and you can do it from at home or in the gym!!

Monday: Legs

Tuesday: Arms

Wednesday: Cardio + Core

Thursday: Shoulders + Glutes

Friday: Upper Body Circuit

Saturday: Steady State Cardio
