#LGFitAndLean2016 Challenge: Week 3 Fitness Schedule + Meal Ideas

Dear Week 3,

You bet your booty we’re turning it up a notch this week! You’ll find your fit and lean portion workouts combined to bring you intense weight training and kick ass cardio combined! Get ready to seriously sculpt while revealing those results with the best of both training styles!


As always here at LG, our workouts are broken down by targeting just 1 or 2 muscle groups per day. This approach is especially important for achieving that fit and lean body because we must achieve a certain degree of muscle breakdown to sculpt and define! Additionally, we will add in movements to raise our heart rate for calorie and fat burning as we sculpt…. hey there, my fit & lean 2016 self!

Monday: Arm Circuit

Tuesday: Legs

Wednesday: HIIT Cardio + Core
Thursday: Upper Body Circuit

Friday: Shoulders + Glutes + Abs

Saturday: Steady State Cardio
Sunday: Yoga/Stretch/Fitness Class of Choice + Meal Prep

Your fit and lean bodies are built in the gym and revealed through the LG Meal Plan! The nutrition approach taught in the LG Meal Plan is designed to not only eat healthy, but also to eat healthy foods in a specific way to see physical results.

Since nutrition is such a key piece to your success, our healthy habits this week will be focused on nutrition!
