#LGFitAndLean2016 Challenge: Arms (W5D2)

Calling all ladies…. suns out guns out!

FIT WORKOUT PORTION:

  • 4 circuit = 3 sets of 60 second sets
  • If you prefer to count reps 60 sec -> 20-25 reps
  • For unilateral movements (those completed on each side), complete 30 sec on each side

LEAN WORKOUT PORTION:

  • Option 1: complete 30 sec of jumping jacks after every set
  • Option 2: complete 4 minutes of running between every circuit (3 run sessions total)
  • Option 3: complete 12 minutes of jump rope, kettlebell swings or running after the workout

Since workout gear is at the foundation of what we do, I thought it would be fun to have you step inside my workout closet to show you the clothes I love the most! ORGANIZATION

I organize my workout clothing closet by categories: tanks, sports bras, short sleeves, long sleeves, zip ups/coats, shorts, crops, and pants. Then, just because I’m OCD each category is color coordinated. While my organization version is a little on the extreme side, I can’t stress enough the importance of organizing your gym gear! There’s nothing better than knowing exactly where everything is ((for those moments before the sun is up when you didn’t set your clothes out the night before like a good girl… it’s a great plan b ;)) I’m all about the plan b!!

TANKS:
Everyone has their preference when it comes to tops, but I need my tanks and tees fitted!

SPORTS BRAS
Take my talk on sports bras for what it is… we all know I don’t need the most support up top. I do however know my girlfriends who do swear by Lululemon’s Ta Ta Tamer! Find my favs below!

CROPS/PANTS
If there’s on place I invest, it’s pants! I’m most particular about my crops/bottoms because with all the squatting, sprinting and prancing around I do, I need pants that keep up with me. You know what I’m talking about…. how many times have you done a squat and had to yank up your pants or gotten the saggy butt pant while running! I’ve found Lululemon to be the best for intense workouts and Forever 21 is my absolute go-to for the cutest prints and patterns!
