#LGBeautyAndBooty Challenge: HIIT Cardio & Abs (W6D2)

Looking good is great, but feeling good is even better. And the combination?! Well that’s in the LG Secret Sauce 😉 Today is a feel good workout at it’s finest! In fact, I also included one of my all time feel good cardio workouts…it’s a home workout version for those of you without gym access, so feel free to choose either one.

Side note…I know many of you are working out from your home. With what is coming after the Beauty and Booty Challenge, I made sure that the plan will be tailored to YOU…your workout preferences and equipment available. Tasty Tuesday Tip: Here’s a tip that has been with me forever and it may give you a peak into the OCD side of me ((it’s not my best side lol)). If you haven’t noticed by my love of planners, notebooks and to-do lists, I’m a little “particular” to put it nicely. When I was younger, I didn’t like to take bites out of things like sandwiches, so I would ask my mom to cut up my food into bite-sized pieces. As an adult, I still find that I enjoy a meal more when it’s in cute ((is that a suitable adjective for food haha)), smaller-sized pieces. Today’s Tasty Tuesday recipe was inspired by my love of little, dainty foods. Hey…if we can think healthy foods are cute, more power to us! 

I’m so excited to share this recipe that I’ve been so hooked on lately -> Hash Brown, Dairy Free Mini Quiches It’s a recipe I’m sure many of us will be making over and over. 

I love that it satisfies all the Eat Your Way Lean food plate sections, so we can literally make a batch and have a quick and easy meal for the entire week! Plus, switching up the seasonings and veggie add ins will make this meal feel new everytime! I hope you enjoy it…the recipe is HERE
