-Leg curls

I’ve been focusing on finding workout techniques that are geared towards specific results. I’ve found a lot of success with a combination of weight training and plyometrics for lean yet fit legs.

Tip of the Day: There are many ways to eat healthy on the go. I’ve previously shared tips and tricks on my blog such as packing your own meals, specifying cooking instructions at restaurants, ordering off the menu, etc. One of the newest techniques I’ve been using is to cut the portions in half. For instance, at Chipotle, I ordered a chicken bowl (basically a naked burrito). The contents of this meal are food items I approve, but the meal itself can be quite calorie dense and carb heavy, so I simply eat half and save the rest for a later meal. I think a common problem is we feel the need to finish our plates and the meal we paid for; there is always the option of a to-go box!
