-2-3 assorted peppers (ie: green, red, poblano, etc.)
-Mrs. Dash salt free garlic & herb
-Pepper
-Sea salt
Prep:
-Season pork chops with Mrs. Dash garlic & herb, pepper, and sea salt to desired amount
-Place pork chops in a standard baking pan
-Cut potatoes into halves or quarters and add to baking pan on/around the pork
-Slice peppers and top over the pork and potatoes
-Bake at 375 for 45-60 minutes or until pork is cooked through (cook time highly depends thickness of pork chops)
*Note: for firmer peppers, add 20-30min before baking completes, for softer peppers, add before baking
How long would you bake it if you used chicken?
Probably 45ish minutes. It all depends again on how thick the chicken breasts are! I just like to cut them in half to double check their cooked through.
