CONGRATULATIONS! Can you believe that is the last day of the eight week extravaganza?! In one sense it feels like forever ago we began and in another it feels like just yesterday I came up with working towards achieving my best body BEFORE 2014. How do you feel?! So, where do we go from here? This weekend an all new meal plan & workout schedule will be posted to provide you the framework to continue working towards you health and fitness goals.
