Interval training to tighten and sculpt fit arms. Interval training has been my go-to for smaller muscle groups. Biceps and triceps constitute a smaller muscle group. It doesn’t take much to fatigue them and I find using this tabata/timed style gives the best results and definition. Have you found that too?!
