Our Weekly Meal Menus (now a cookbook) are basically mini cookbooks that I email out every week of a challenge. My goal with these was to create excitement about healthy eating. You know that fun feeling you get when you stumble upon a new recipe? It becomes exciting to get what you need at the store, cook and eat. That’s what I wanted for us with these on a weekly basis… making healthy eating enjoyable!

Less focus on good foods/bad foods and more of a focus on sitting down to enjoy a delicious meal (healthy eating without thinking about it, you know?!)
