I have a red hot fire burning within me lately. I am so passionate and motivated… the gym, my meals and overall living this healthy, balanced, enjoyable life. It is my goal that this energy pours into YOU and everything I’ve got coming for you, starting with our Fall Fitness Calendar.
I have a pretty great game plan for how we can proceed with the end of 2018. My goals are 1) get in/stay in great shape and health and 2) more importantly, ENJOY the upcoming holiday season. I’ve been playing with “pace modes” and I explain all of that HERE.
We can up the pace and then slow down the pace to achieve both goals.

WHAT IS THIS CALENDAR?
It’s a training switch up. We’ve been doing traditional weight training and cardio for some time and in order to prevent a plateau and further our results, it’s time to change how we are working out. 30×30 Fat Loss Shred is my go-to plan for that!

This was my progress from doing the 30×30 plan for 45 days. 30×30 Fat Loss Shred is a very powerful plan in my honest opinion; when you stick to it, it works quicker than any other program I’ve tried.
