Arm day! You’ll notice this format of workouts a few times during the challenge. The goal here is to combine weight training arm exercises with movements that increase the intensity. The movements I’ve chosen for this are high plank exercises that combine both core and cardio. In between the weight training, you’ll drop to the ground to complete those. This format is will definitely provide the burn.
