Chest & Triceps Circuit (Day 27) – 5/10

Chest & Triceps Circuit:
-incline push ups
-decline push ups
1min cardio (jump rope, jumping jacks, high knees, etc.)
….rest & repeat 3x

-incline dumbbell flys
-triceps dumbbell kick backs
1min cardio (jump rope, jumping jacks, high knees, etc.)
….rest & repeat 3x

-cable cross overs
-cable push downs using handle attachments (pictured)
1min cardio (jump rope, jumping jacks, high knees, etc.)
….rest & repeat 3x

-dips to failure

-12-15min cardio

TIP OF THE DAY: Meals on the go! I practice what I preach, so I know it isn’t easy. We all have those days where sitting down to eat a meal just doesn’t fit into our schedule; it may be class all day, a busy work schedule, trying to keep up with your kids activities, etc. I suggest packing your meals ahead of the time so all you have to do is grab a tupperware container with a premade meal. This was me yesterday at the hair salon, sitting with foils in my hair & eating a mini meal.

One day left of this program and it’s amazing how completing the entire program can make a difference; I’ve seen great progress even in these last few days
I’ve been asked several times to start including where my gym outfits are from. This blog is all to benefit you, so if that’s what you all are interested in as well, I can certainly include that.
