Chest & Triceps Circuit (Day 23) – 5/6

Chest & Triceps Circuit:
3 – incline dumbbell chest press
3 – incline push ups (hand on bench)
10 burpees
….repeat 3x

3 – cable cross overs
3 – dips
1 min cardio (jump rope, jumping jacks, etc.)
….repeat 3x

3 – cable rope pushdowns
3 – dumbbell triceps kickbacks
10 burpees
….repeat 3x

TIP OF THE DAY: Set small goals that at the time may seem meaningless, but may have pronounced effects. There is a certain motivational satisfaction that is associated with accomplishing goals no matter how big or small they are. By setting and reaching small goals on a daily basis, you are setting yourself up for greater success in the future. Today was made when I won the BodEsquad’s Flex Friday top 8; while there isn’t great rewards that come with this – other than daily features on the IG/twitter page for the week – it was a small goal I set for myself, and reaching it fuels my determination. I encourage you all to set small goals for you never know where they will take you!

These tank top arms feel more like noodles after that workout 😉

    This may seem like a silly question – but when you write "3 – incline pushups" that means three sets of incline pushups, right? Rather than 3 individual pushups? I hope that makes sense! I plan on trying your workouts starting today! 🙂
