Chest:
-push ups: off knees working up to regular (warm up)
-flat bench barbell bench press
-superset with push ups off bench
-incline dumbbell fly
-cable cross overs
Ticeps:
-overhead cable rope triceps extension
-reverse grip cable triceps extension with handle attachments
-dumbbell triceps kickbacks
TIP OF THE DAY: Try to get in one good sweat a day! Sweating is something that is often misunderstood! First off, just because you sweat, doesn’t mean you got in a good workout. Sweating is the body’s biological mechanism for reducing internal body temperature, which is why we often sweat during a workout. Still, sweating helps release toxins, especially those that build up around pores of the skin! When you’re sweating, it is very important to stay hydrated to maintain the water supply required to sweat and cool down the body. Embrace the sweat every now and then 😉
