Chest, Shoulders & Triceps Circuit (Week 8) – 12/26

Woohoo – it’s a sweaty, weight training day! I LOVE circuits as you get the benefits of weight training while keeping your heart rate elevated
Day after Christmas. Day after delicious food. Let go of those feelings of guilt. Find happiness in all the memories made and laughter shared. Find your motivation to jump right back into your normal routine. Find comfort in knowing there are many of us in this same exact place. Let’s do this!
