TIP OF THE DAY: Think about the ways you act, talk, write, etc. for it is a reflection upon you. I was really disappointed in people today after posting a picture of a girl passionate about health and fitness. Regardless of body type, I share stories of others who too enjoy healthy living. I
cannot believe how many people out there spend their time posting
hateful, negative comments on Instagram. I deleted my last photo because
if I was the girl behind that picture, I would have been heartbroken.
Yes, Instagram is a public site, but it is MY page. Although many
abuse them, I love shutouts because I think it’s a great way to promote
others passionate about health & fitness; I know I’ve found some of
my favorite inspirations that way. I thank you all for always being so
kind and supportive towards me… many of you, like me, admire the “fit”
look. Still, there are so many who aren’t trying to attain that look
& we all must understand that. I’ve been called too skinny/small and
too muscular in the same day; I don’t like any one telling me how to
look & I’m sure none of you would either. Having a platform to speak
from on social media is not always easy and comes with lots of
criticism. Hateful comments are a reflection of those writing them NOT
the individual in the picture. Despite whether you agree or disagree
with something, learn to focus on the positive aspects, promoting what
you love instead of bashing what you hate.

Just a few snapshots of upper body progress! Aiming for definition and a little more muscle mass.
Eat Clean to Get Lean: Morning juicing 🙂 Juicing newbie problem – juiced my grapefruit with the skin on and it was terribly bitter! Optimistic & will try again! This juice recipe is celery, carrots, cucumber, and grapefruit (always organic for juicing).
