-superset with flat bench dumbbell press

-superset with push ups
Calves:
-seated calf raises
-superset with toe walks (pictured)
Cardio
-15min jogging
TIP OF THE DAY: Working your calves on a non leg day is a great time to target them. On a regular leg day, you use your calf muscles in several leg movements, tiring them out before you can hit them. When you strictly target only calves on non-leg days, you allow them to really be isolated.
Toe walks (simply walking on your toes) is a great movement right after doing a calf exercise to really burn out the calves. Boyfriend caught me jogging – cardio bunny for life!
