Eat Clean to Get Lean: My “treat.” I receive a lot of questions about cheat meals or how often I eat something that’s not on my meal plan. Here is an example! No, this is not unhealthy. A treat meal doesn’t have to be junk food, but I do certainly enjoy a few of those treats on occasion! For me, a treat meal is something unusual: something I don’t have on a regular basis. For me, consistency with my diet means constant switch ups and trying new things!
Daily Dose of Motivation: The only thing stopping you from becoming exactly what you want to be is YOU! You have to make a change in order to get yourself from where you are now to where you want to be. You must let go of the fear of failure. You can do anything you set your mind to!
