What is #LGLoveYourselfFit?In short, it’s one of my free blog challenges I host with daily workouts, tips and accountability challenges. This one is all about using health and fitness as a tool to boost your self love, confidence and overall happiness!

Self-Love Message of the Day:
A large part of feeling an abundance of self-love comes from being content without the approval of others. Approval and acceptance is something we all seek consciously or subconsciously. It’s the reason we love being a part of something greater than just ourselves whether it be a family, group of friends, school club, sports team, division of co-workers, or even our #LGAccountability community. It’s a wonderful thing to serve as an essential piece, making up a larger puzzle.
We must learn to feel confident contributing in life without our self-worth depending on the approval we do or do not receive when doing so. That is exactly where so many of us get hung up. It’s not easy to put yourself out there…it does, in fact, take a lot of courage. When we do so and it’s not well received by others, it often eats at our confidence and level of self-love.
It’s important for us to place our worth in our own hands. Just because someone else does not see how wonderful you are, certainly does not mean you aren’t wonderful. What someone may say about you makes it their opinion and not a matter of fact. Know you worth and know what you have to offer. Know you’re worth loving because the more you believe in yourself, the more others will too!
Daily Challenge: Show yourself your worth by treating yourself by spending a little extra time on YOU today. Create a beautiful tablescape for your meal, take the time to exfoliate in the shower, or take the long way home from work to clear your mind. Can’t wait to see how you show yourself some TLC!
