Biceps + Triceps: Arm Circuit Workout

For the last week of the challenge, I’m sneaking in some cardio to help you reveal the results you’ve been working hard on. This circuit workout focuses on weighted exercises for both the biceps and triceps as well as cardio movements to get the heart rate going. I encourage you to push through each of the 3 exercises within each circuit and only resting in between rounds.

TRAINING TIPS:

  • Today’s workout consists of 3 circuits; perform the 3 exercises within each circuit back to back, resting at the end and complete 3 rounds of each circuit
  • You can always substitute a set of dumbbells for a barbell to work with the equipment you have
