Beauty + Booty Challenge: Week 1 Schedule

HeyHi, Week 1! It amazes me that so many of us actually signed up to get our bootys kicked with a 5 week challenge. I’m not going to tell you it will be easy because it won’t. I’m asking you to work out 5-6 days per week. I’m counting on you to keep your meals clean. And, more importantly, I’m asking you to commit to focusing on inner health too. I told you it’s not going to be easy, but I promise you it will be so worth the way you will look and feel in just 5 weeks.

What You Need to Know:
SUNDAY SCHEDULE: every Sunday, you will see a schedule like the one below. These aren’t the actual workouts. Rather, this is a schedule overview for planning purposes so you can see what we are up to each week. I’ve also created a printer-friendly version of the schedule for you to download!
DAILY WORKOUTS: your daily workouts will be posted every day at midnight, so you’ll have them early in the AM. Swing by LaurenGleisberg.com in the morning for your workout!
Premium Challenge Pack – if you upgraded yourself this challenge, today (every Sunday), you’ll receive the weekly workouts + cardio add on plan ahead of time via email!

Photo Challenge Exercise: take your challenge “before” photo. This isn’t always fun or easy. Take one from the front, one from the side and one of your back. You can do this in a mirror or ask a friend/family member for help. I suggest wearing a sports bra and shorts or a swimsuit. Here’s the kicker… you will be tempted to find your flaws. It’s only natural. However, I want YOU to feel beautiful exactly as you are today, so as you take these photos and look at them. I want you to see 3 of your beautiful features… they can be physical attributes or beautiful qualities that are more than skin deep. Don’t stop until you find 3 things that make you beautiful and once you identify them, stay in that moment for a minute or two! 
Photo Challenge Upload: you may choose to upload your before photo or any photo of yourself. Introduce yourself to the community and be sure you share the 3 things that make you beautiful! #LGAccountability #LGBeautyAndBooty (those are the hashtags to use this challenge and for the check in giveaways)
