Why I love the “wing” back?! …building the back, especially the lats gives your body a curvy shape and accentuates the appearance of a small waist! It’s my biggest challenge – everyone’s body has leading and lagging muscle groups; for me, my area requiring most improvement is my back, so I’m stepping up my back workouts!
Eat Clean to Get Lean: NOT a great example 😉 Treat time! This time a real treat! As someone who eats gluten-free, I try to keep my treats gluten free as well, but also as clean as possible. I LOVE frozen yogurt as an option; unfortunately, marketing ads have portrayed froyo as a healthy ice cream alternative, yet most are just as sugar filled and unhealthy. Still, I love that I can get a simple flavor and chose my toppings. My selection is typically 3 froyo flavors (strawberry, vanilla, and peanut butter) topped with strawberries, blueberries, coconut, and nuts 🙂
