AM: Back & Glutes
Back:

-superset with donkey kicks
-reverse lunges
-superset with sumo squats
PM: yoga class (yes, I’m addicted – the classes I attend are completely meditative and more stretching emphasized than flow/sequences)
TIP OF THE DAY: When you look good, you feel good and when you feel good, you look good. The clothing we where plays are large role in both looking and feeling good. I
won’t agree that muscles make you bulky but I will say that fit
physiques have muscular curves in certain places while lower body fat in
other areas. Because I know this question is coming – I wear sizes from
a 24-26. Although I found it hard to let go of some of my smaller sized
pants when I began lifting, I found that no matter what the size, I
looked better in them – I hope many of you can see that as well. Just as
the number on the scale doesn’t define you, try not to obsess over the
size of your clothing. My tip for a great fit – tailoring! I will go up a
size just to have pants fit in the legs/butt area then have the waste
taken in. It’s worth every penny!
Right: Hudson’s Collin
to plan is planning to fail – especially when it comes to your meal
plan. Lots of questions about what I eat & while this is not too
typical of daily meals for me, here’s an example of my on-the-go/car
trip food: rice cakes with natural nut butter, hard boiled egg whites,
chicken (only because I don’t mind it cold), fresh fruit, and sliced
cucumbers. I always pack lotsss of water – I swear was a fish in a past
life
