TIP OF THE DAY:
Adapt! We are all pretty familiar with what adaptation occurs. When it
rains outside, we adapt by putting on a pair of rain boots or grabbing
an umbrella. Similarly, when things change in your life that may affect
your health & fitness regimen, adapt. One of the most variable
factors for me is diet; there are weeks where I’m ravenous & can’t
seem to stick to my meals and there are periods (like right now) where I
am so busy that getting in all my meals/sufficient calories is
difficult. Whatever your situation may be, adapt! For me, this means
decreasing cardio. When my calories are already lower than where I would
like them to be, I will not run the risk of burning muscle off by doing
cardio on a regular basis. If you find yourself having glutton moments,
use the excess carbs/glycogen to lift extra heavy! Don’t let any
situation define you – adapt to it and make the best of it!

No matter what I train, my biceps just love coming out to play 🙂

      Hi Sue,
My biceps certainly do not stay like this either. This is a picture flexed, post workout. I can start posting more videos when I have my boyfriend working out with me again, but for now, I'm working out alone.

      Hi Barbie

Why would a video showing his work in this specific part of the body that is very feminine and hard working.

Even so, his biceps IS VERY beautiful and defined. I've been struggling to achieve this level of definition. I think I may be doing some exercise wrong.

While the video does not post, then you would put at least one picture comparing his biceps of his right arm when flexed and when not flexed so I can see the difference because mine does not have much difference.

      Anyway thanks for the feedback,

I will continue following your tips daily

      Sue
