-stiff arm cable pushdowns with straight bar
-lat pull downs
-single arm bent over dumbbell rows
-seated cable rows
-barbell deadlifts
Biceps:
-dumbbell curls
-straight bar cable curls
-dumbbell hammer curls
Today was an 8am workout for me – I love starting my day off with a workout 🙂
FLEX FRIDAY – I’m typically pretty good with my diet, but I occasionally succumb to a bite of my boyfriend’s treat or the piece of candy my professor handed out. This week, I stuck to my diet to a tee! It’s amazing how just one week can have such a dramatic difference! My waist is tightening up more and more with even greater definition!
