Back:
-Cable stiff arm push downs
-Reverse grip lat pull downs
-Cable close grip rows

Biceps:
-Cable curls with EZ bar
-High cable curls with handle
     superset with dumbbell hammer curls

Rear Delts:
-Cable rope high rear delt pulls
     superset with bent over dumbbell rear delt raises

Fact: When it comes to my wardrobe, I own more black, white, and grey items than all of the other colors combined. In fact, my favorite outfit is all black or all white from head to toe. When I watch shows like What Not to Wear, they talk about the 50 year old women who lack a colorful wardrobe, and at age 23….that’s already me!
