TIP OF THE DAY: What time of the day is best to workout? There is no “best” time of the day; the best time of the day to workout is whichever time works best for you. Some individuals like to begin their mornings with an early workout to set the pace for the day, while others prefer later workouts after sufficient calories and carbs. I do both. On lifting days, I prefer to workout later in the day to get in more meals for energy; yet, some days I love beginning my days with that exercise induced endorphin rush. I try to stay away from fasted cardio and fasted workouts. I find that, for me, fasted workouts equate to less energy and less intense workouts overall, as well as the risk of burning muscle. However, each individual should find what time works best for them!

Hey Lauren! For this workouts, I'm confused with the amount of sets. Do you do 4 (or 3) sets, then repeat that 3 times, for a total of 12 sets for each exercise?
Thanks for the help 🙂
MY mistake; I'm so sorry – I've been a lotta bit busy & rushing these posts. When it states 4 it should say repeat 4x not 3x.
