I’m on that summertime grind. I’m going to be reassessing my goals and making a plan of attack for what I want my meals and workouts to look like for the next few weeks. For me, staying motivated means I need to think of fun, new ideas or I quickly find myself off track.

often asked about how someone on a budget can afford to eat healthy.
One tip that worked for me is to plan out your meals for the week and
shop accordingly. Create meals and make a grocery list for just those
items. This prevents buying food items that simply stock up in the
pantry. In general, budgeting is smart money management. While the exactly food budget will vary from person to person, it betters other areas of your life to keep an eye on what you are spending on food.
