Back & Biceps + Cardio

Back + Cardio:
-Assisted or regular pull ups
     superset with burpees
-Cable seated rows
     superset with jumping jacks
-Barbell deadlifts
     superset with high knees

Biceps + Cardio:
-Barbell curls
     superset with mountain climbers
-Dumbbell single arms concentration curls
     superset with jogging in place

I am still hooked on the mind/muscle connection. Begin each workout using light weight, performing high reps (20+); close your eyes and feel the target muscle engage and move the weight. As you progress to heavier weight, you will feel your muscles engaged more and more. Warning – you may get some strange looks when you’re curling with your eyes closed 🙂
