-Seated cable rows
     superset with bent over dumbbell rows

It’s always amazing to me how it only takes a few good workouts to get you feeling back to your normal self after getting off track a bit. That’s how I’m feeling today! I took a slower, more controlled pace through today’s workout and left the gym with noodle arms!
