TIP OF THE DAY: Ladies,
let me let you in on a little secret: posing! I know what it’s like to scroll through fitness motivation pages, thinking “oh my gosh I have so much
work left to do; how am I ever going to look like that.” Right?! When
you know how to pose, you know how to highlight your best angles and
flex to show your muscle definition. I’m not taking credit away from
myself or any other beautiful, fit ladies, but we know how to best show
off our hard work. Don’t feel discouraged after looking at pictures of
many of your fitspos. For instance, left: just standing (post leg
workout so I can’t help the pump) & right is flexed to highlight
quads. It’s all about the pose! Keep working hard, focus on your
progress & don’t allow professional pictures to get you down. Be
proud!

 Flex. Flex. Flex.
Key to achieving lean muscle is how you preform the movement: rep quality is something I really stress – use proper form, focus on contractions, and use weigh that allows you to complete solid reps!

first off i just wanna say your so awesome and such an inspiration! i love following your blog and instagram it always keeps me motivated:) i was curious though, i saw that you eat 6 meals a day, do you eat on a certain time schedule specifically like 7am, 10am, etc. or do you just eat when you feel hungry?

Thank you for your kind words! Great question – typically I space my meals so that I eat every 2.5-3 hours; to sustain a stable blood sugar level, scattering your meals evenly throughout the day is best for that! Also, I've found a meal plan (timing wise) that works best with my class schedule so it's pretty set in stone!
