Back, Arms, Abs & Cardio (Week 6) – 12/10

Back/Abs:
-Assisted pull ups
     superset with single arm dumbbell rows
-Elevated seated cable rows
-Barbell deadlifts
     superset with supermans

Arms:
-Barbell bicep curls
     superset with barbell overhead extensions
-Hammer rope cable curls
-Cable rope triceps extensions

Abs:
Full ab workout on downloadable workout version

Cardio:
15-20min sprints (30 sec sprint, 30 sec complete rest & repeat)

workout version, as well as my personal training tips and explanations
of exercise variations.

it or not I am someone who loves being underestimated. In fact, I
thrive off it! Being underestimated is something that we often look at
from a negative perspective. Turn it around and allow it to motivate you
to achieve things you may have even underestimated yourself on. When I
first began blogging under “Fitness Barbie,” I had countless people make
jokes about the name and the potential. Now, it’s the little things –
receiving emails from ladies from across the globe thanking Fitness
Barbie or seeing “Fitness Barbie” printed on a folder in my accountant’s
office – those are the small victories I didn’t even know I was capable
of! Take underestimation and turn it into motivation! Do it all with a
smile and silent satisfaction!
