Arms + Cardio – 12/19 (DAY 20)

Arms
Triceps:
-cable rope pushdowns (pictured)
-reverse grip cable pushdowns with handle attachments
-dumbbell kickbacks

Biceps:
-dumbbell curls
-cable curls with straight bar (pictured)
-dumbbell hammer curls

Cardio
-15min inclined walking (incline of 10.0+)

TIP OF THE DAY: Toned arm tip! Many women preform total body workouts when it comes to weight training. However, when you split up your muscle group and preform at least 3 exercises of 3 reps, you allow your muscle fibers to break down and if you fully recover, your results are more noticeable. For instance, arm muscles seem to be a difficult muscle group to actually grow and tone; therefore, isolating your biceps and triceps on a single day and preforming several sets will promote muscle growth.

Cable rope pushdowns (keep your elbows stationary when preforming)
Cable curls with straight bar (keep your elbows next to your side and stationary)
