ConfidenceKini – Arm Weight Training Workout (W5D2)

My signature style workout is a “lady guns” lift and this arm weight training workout will not disappoint. It combines resistance band and dumbbells to work the biceps and triceps. Plus, I threw some core movements in because… why not I guess! If you’re working out in the gym and would prefer to use a cable machine instead of a band, that’s an equally beneficial substitution.
