favorite option. There are so many great places out there that offer a
“build your own” type salad option. I always begin with a big bed of
greens, top it with heaps of fresh veggies and occasionally fruit, and
never leave out a source of protein: typically chicken! Use caution when
adding croutons/carbs and with heavy dressings. I always ask for the
dressing on the side to have control over the serving size. My salad was
a spinach & spring mix, sun dried tomatoes, cilantro, pea pods,
cucumbers, black beans, corn, green peppers and grilled chicken. My man
typically asks for the same times two lol
