7 to 30×30: Day 3

It’s Day 3 of the 7 to 30×30 challenge. To gear up for the upcoming launch of the new 30×30 Fat Loss Shred plan, we are doing 30×30 style workouts. 

 
Every 3rd day is an “active rest” day, meaning that we stay active through low intensity, steady state cardio and stretching but we allow for our muscles to rest and recover. 
This is a very important part of the plan. A lot of women think more is better but when it comes to fitness, results actually become evident through the recovery process.
