    I am following the plan but have a question about the protein powder. My protein powder says 2 scoops equals 1 serving (orgain protein powder), your recipes call for 1 scoop of protein, should I be using 1 or 2 scoops?

      Hi Katie – cooking with protein powder can be difficult because of this reason. I would say try for 1 serving which in your case is 2 scoops. You can always modify if need be 🙂 XO
