Years ago, I read one of my favorite books, The Morning Miracle by Hal Elrod (here). The book explains 7 things that you can do in the morning to start off your day on a positive note. Ultimately, doing these things every morning can change your life (there have been hundreds of thousands of success stories when people do this).
One of the things suggested in affirmations. Affirmations are a powerful tool to help boost self esteem and become the person you want to be. Affirmations are specific to you and should align with the goals and dreams you want to achieve in life. By repeating your affirmations daily you affirm them in your mind until they become your reality. As Muhammad Ali said, “It’s the repetition of affirmations that leads to belief. And once that belief becomes a deep conviction, things begin to happen”.
I have a print in my boys bathroom with affirmations (here) that we say every night. I personally love to say my affirmations in the morning to create a positive mindset to start the day.
