Weekends add up to be a large part of our month, so it’s important for us to stay active. Still, I highly encourage only one, quick weekend workout on whichever day (Saturday or Sunday) works best for your and your schedule. A healthy lifestyle is easiest to sustain when you’re having fun with it, so be sure you get out there and enjoy your weekend!
