Steps to Achieving Six Pack Abs:
(1) Educate yourself – knowledge is power! You’re already taking the first step by reading this post and watching the video below. Don’t believe the myths…in this video, I debunk the top fitness myth out there! No matter what the topic is, it is critical to do your own research, to take advice from mentors your trust, and to tweak the information and suggestions to suit you best.
(2) Eat Right – the foundation for visible abdominal definitions is a healthy diet. The difficult part is that until we remove the layer of fat around our mid section, we aren’t giving our abdominal muscles a chance to be seen. Eating right is the best thing you can do for your body to reduce overall body fat.
(3) Train Appropriately – our core muscles play an essential role in our daily lives. Not only do they give us the desired six pack, but also these muscles enable us to move and twist around, help prevent against injury (especially to the spine), and provide for a solid foundation in every day movements and in weight training exercises. Core/abdominal exercises should be a part of our fitness regimens.
